Services

ABA Therapy

This model uses intensive, one-to-one instruction. Therapists trained in applied behavior analysis provide intensive behavior modification procedures to elicit communication, systematically motivate children, and teach them a broad range of essential skills that every child needs. Emphasis is placed on teaching skills, such as communication, attending, imitating, requesting, labeling, following directions, and playing and interacting with others. Your child will receive services both at our clinic AND in your home. Parents are provided with training and support.

Consultations and Trainings

ABA Outreach provides consultations to families, organizations and schools on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, training is available for parents to provide you with the tools and resources you need to effectively manage your child in your home or out in the community. Training topics may include: daily living skills, behavior interventions, strategies to increase language and communication, social skills, and more!

Social Skills Groups and Camps

Social skills are a set of behaviors that allow a child to get along better with other people. ABA Outreach Social Skills Groups focus on teaching a variety of skills to help improve your child’s ability to make and keep friends, develop more self-confidence, and behave more appropriately in the community. We offer after-school programs year round, and Camp Wonder during the summer!

ABA Outreach’s staff are comprised of highly qualified therapists who have been implementing ABA services based on the principles of behavior for an extensive period of time. All senior staff hold either a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or a related field, are Registered Behavior Technicians, and have obtained supervised experience implementing behavioral interventions and instruction based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. Many therapists are currently undergoing the coursework and supervision requirements to sit for their BCBA or BCaBA qualifications. All therapists receive continual bi-monthly supervision by their consultant for on-site and off-site training
