ABA Outreach provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, and developmental delays, to families and communities in the greater Charleston, SC area. ABA Outreach not only provides treatment for the individual, but also offers solutions for improving everyday life.

ABA Outreach’s staff are compromised of highly qualified therapists who have been implementing ABA services based on the principles of behavior for an extensive period of time. All senior staff hold either a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or a related field, are Registered Behavior Technicians, and have obtained supervised experience implementing behavioral interventions and instruction based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. Many therapists are currently undergoing the coursework and supervision requirements to sit for their BCBA or BCaBA qualifications. All therapists receive continual supervision by their consultant for on-site and off-site training.
Kerri Pakurar MAT, BCBA
Owner and Director
Kerri Pakurar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Owner, and Director of ABA Outreach. She has worked with children with special needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1997, in family, community, and school environments. Kerri earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, a MAT in Special Education with a concentration in Mental Disabilities from the College of Charleston, and a Graduate Academic Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Kerri is a certified special education teacher, and has spent several years teaching in the public schools of North Carolina and South Carolina. Kerri’s research has been published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education Perspectives. She founded ABA Outreach, LLC in 2009 as a way to work more closely with families and children on the autism spectrum. She resides in Charleston, SC.

Ashley Ulbricht M.Ed, BCBA
Ashley Ulbricht is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Administrative Assistant with ABA Outreach. Ashley has worked with children with autism spectrum disorders since 2010. She graduated from the College of Charleston where she earned a BS in Special Education with concentrations in Intellectual Disabilities and Emotional Disorders. She earned her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She achieved her board certification as a BCBA in November, 2015. Ashley specializes in social skills instruction and spearheads ABA Outreach’s social skills initiatives for children on the autism spectrum. In the summer of 2020, Ashley and her husband welcomed their first child Anderson. She lives in Charleston, SC.

Amber Billock M.S., BCBA
Amber Billock is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been practicing ABA intervention since 2013, when she graduated with a BS from Miami University. Amber graduated with a MS in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Amber has worked to design and implement various social skills programs for ABA Outreach’s adolescent clients. Additionally, she appreciates communication and skill building with clients of all ages and abilities and delights in each small dose of progress. Amber resides in Charleston, South Carolina.
