ABA Outreach provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, pervasive developmental disorders, and developmental delays, to families and communities in the greater Charleston, SC area. ABA Outreach not only provides treatment for the individual, but also offers solutions for improving everyday life.

ABA Outreach’s staff are compromised of highly qualified therapists who have been implementing ABA services based on the principles of behavior for an extensive period of time. All senior staff hold either a Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or a related field, are Registered Behavior Technicians, and have obtained supervised experience implementing behavioral interventions and instruction based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. Many therapists are currently undergoing the coursework and supervision requirements to sit for their BCBA or BCaBA qualifications. All therapists receive continual bi-monthly supervision by their consultant for on-site and off-site training.
Kerri Pakurar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with special needs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1997, in family, community, and school environments. She earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, a MAT in Special Education with a concentration in Mental Disabilities from the College of Charleston, and a Graduate Academic Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Kerri is a certified special education teacher, and has spent several years teaching in the public schools of North Carolina and South Carolina. Kerri’s research has been published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education Perspectives. She started ABA Outreach, LLC in 2009 to be able to work more closely with families and children on the autism spectrum. She resides in Charleston, SC.

Ashley Underwood is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with autism spectrum disorders since 2010. She graduated from the College of Charleston earning a BS in Special Education with concentrations in Intellectual Disabilities and Emotional Disorders, and a M.Ed. Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. She earned her board certification as a BCBA in Nov 2015. Ashley specializes in social skills instruction and organizes a summer social skills camp for children on the autism spectrum. She lives in Charleston, SC.

Niasha Harper is a Registered Behavior Technician who has worked with children with autism spectrum disorders since 2011. She earned a BS in Physical Education with a concentration in Health Promotion from the College of Charleston. Niasha enjoys working one on one with children on the autism spectrum and their families in their homes and in the community. She resides in Goose Creek, South Carolina.
Meagan Ireland is a Registered Behavior Technician who has been working with children with autism spectrum disorders since graduating from College of Charleston in 2011 with a major in Elementary Education. She is currently pursuing coursework with the Florida Institute of Technology and supervision in hopes to become BCaBA certified. She lives in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Brittany Gaillard is a Registered Behavior Technician who has been working with children, teens and adults on the autism spectrum since 2012. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2012 earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently working toward her Masters in Special Education at the College of Charleston. She was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina.
Amanda Rosenbaum is a Registered Behavior Technician who has worked with children, including those with autism and other developmental disabilities, since 2010. She graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in Psychology and a speciality in Behavioral Neuroscience. She is currently working towards her MS in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. She lives in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Larry Middlebrooks is a Registered Behavior Technician, who was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. He is a veteran of the Iraq war where he served as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Behavior Support. When he is not enjoying his time working with children with special needs and autism, he celebrates life with his wife and young son.
